Since 1960 VCE has designed, supervised or tested bridges of all kinds and has developed its expertise to the highest possible level. Particular expertise in cable-supported bridges and structures for the railways is available.

Bridge construction today has achieved a world-wide level of importance as never before. The number and size of bridges constructed has continually increased in the past 100 years.

The increased volume of railway and motorized transport has required bridges to be built which before had seemed unrealistic. In the future many important bridge links will be required and built. Innovative and progressive bridge construction technology will create possibilities and turn them into reality. VCE serves as a reliable partner in major infrastructure projects.
