In the course of the present analysis the resistance against seismic loads was tested at the object Operngasse 5 in the first district of Vienna. Based on detailed analyses by measurement techniques a three-dimensional model of the structure was developed, which was used to simulate an earthquake under realistic circumstances (seismic response spectrum).
