In new Belgrade four 80 to 100 m high towers are built in central location. The four characteristic structures, three office towers and a hotel tower, are erected on a two-floor subterranean garage and are connected by two basement levels with each other. Restaurant and catering businesses, service units and an extensive shopping mall are situated in the basement. With an above-ground gross floor area of more than 90,000 m² the glass towers will become a landmark for Belgrade.
