The new Sava bridge in Belgrade is part of a new urban motorway including a track for a tram line on the 45 m wide structure. The project was tendered as Design (VCE) and Build (Strabag/Dywidag/MCE) project in one package and is co-financed by the EU. In a preselection procedure a shortlist of approved tenderers was compiled considering the reference criteria. In the current tendering phase we are developing the technical project as calculation basis for our client Strabag/Dywidag/MCE. The bridge itself is an asymmetric cable-stayed bridge with one post, a main span of 375 m and a back span of 200 m. The bridge is 929 m long including the foreshore bridge.
