The Project, a Private Public Partnership (PPP) model, consists of 51.6 km of road, comprising four separate road sections (Nitra-Tekovské Nemce / Banská Bystrica-Northern Bypass), located in the east part of Slovakia. The 30-year concession project involves the funding, design, construction, operation and maintenance of 51.6 km of new dual car-riageway road, a number of noise reduction structures, and approximately 74 bridges with a total length of 8.572 m length and one operation center.
