The new headquarters of Uniqa Insurance Romania are located in an existing office building in the nothern part of Bucharest. The office building was built in 2007 and consists of two basement floors, a ground floor and five upper floors, which result in a approx. 3.645 m² rentable area.
After acquisition examination of the building, it shall be adapted to the requests of Uniqa in matters of interior fit-out and the outside areas. The existing defects shall be remedied.
