Line 5 of Berlin Metro is to be completed by joining the Station Brandenburger Tor, currently under construction, with the existing tunnels at Alexanderplatz. The total length of the lot amounts to 2,2 km and comprises 3 stations – Berliner Rathaus, Museumsinsel and Unter den Linden –, further a track cross-over and a siding station.
