Construction Management and Site Supervision

The controlled realisation and completion of a construction project is our goal.

The multitude of different requirements and activities in complex projects not only requires planning and control in the preliminary phases of the project but also during the actual realization, i.e. supervision and central control is necessary on the building site. The site supervision is in charge of this in-situ monitoring.

This refers not only to the supervision of the contractual establishment of the building in harmony with the detailed structural design but also to the observance of the cost and time schedules and of the rules of engineering.

Independent Engineer

The independent engineer informs and advises the client as an independent body.

Technical and financial control as a secondary controlling body is your information partner for all business management, technical and organizational project agendas. It checks the realization of a project, immediately discovers deviations and reports the latter to the project operator together with proposals for solutions. Technical and financial control is an independent controlling agency which is only responsible to the project operator.

Technical and financial control checks the organization of the project, the contractual relations between the project participants, the coordination and documentation of the project, the qualities and quantities, the costs and financing as well as the deadlines and capacities in the individual project phases (project preparation, planning, construction preparation, implementation and project conclusion).
